Why the wine industry: Let’s be honest—telling people you work in the wine industry never gets a bad reaction. But beyond that, I’ve always appreciated that wine creates connections. It brings people together, starts conversations, and can become part of some of life’s best moments.
Favorite part of your job: Everyone thinks the wine business is about the wine. The truth is it’s really about the people. I enjoy meeting new people, hearing their stories, and building relationships with our distributor partners, customers, and Miner fans across the country.
Last meal: My mom’s meatloaf, her seasonal salad, potatoes aligot, and a pour of Chartreuse V.E.P. (either color) to finish.
A little-known fact about Greg: Certified rescue diver with more than 100 logged dives.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be? Telepathy. It would answer a lot of questions—and probably create a few more.
Greg loves: Family, golf, skiing, good books, and the occasional video game.
Greg dislikes: Goat cheese, slow drivers, and bad manners.
Hidden talent: Able to pull out obscure, often useless trivia at unexpected moments.
