A much more interesting, complex wine offering stone fruits, toasted bread, and spicy, savory nuances, the 2023 Chardonnay Wild Yeast is medium-bodied and has a layered mouthfeel, nicely integrated oak, and a good finish. It’s a richer styled, balanced, solid Chardonnay that has plenty to love. Drink 2025-2028.
