Another outstanding wine from this estate is the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Volker Eisele Vineyard, which comes from the Chiles Valley District. It has an attractive bouquet of smoky red and black fruits as well as tobacco, leather, and underbrush, and it could easily be mistaken for a solid Bordeaux. Medium-bodied and balanced, with good tannins as well as texture, enjoy bottles over the coming 10-12 years or so.
