Even lighter colored than the Garys’ Vineyard, the 2015 Pinot Noir Rosella’s Vineyard is light ruby and translucent and offers an old-world bouquet of sous bois, tart cherries, rose petals and dried underbrush. Vibrant, juicy and lively on the palate, with bright, almost tart acidity, it, like the Garys’, will appeal to Burgundy lovers. I suspect it will be even better with 2-3 years of bottle age and have 15 years of overall longevity.
