Slightly darker in color than the Rosella’s, the still lightly colored 2015 Pinot Noir Garys’ Vineyard has a beautiful bouquet of ripe raspberries, rose petals, and sweet spice. Downright Burgundian on the palate with its juicy, racy acidity and light texture, it stays balanced and elegant, with a great finish. This isn’t for those craving opulence or decadence, yet it’s vibrant and juicy, and I suspect will age gracefully for a decade or more.
