This Cabernet Sauvignon, with 5 percent Cabernet Franc, is a dark treasure, rich and expressive. Aromas of blackberry and rose fill the nose, followed by a palate of dark berries, brambles, espresso, tobacco and chocolate. Tannins are well developed but smooth on a long finish, just touched by vanilla. Decant this wine and let it open in the glass.
