The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Emily’s is made from 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, and 4% Cabernet Franc. Deep garnet-purple colored, it erupts with opulent notes of baked plums and crème de cassis, followed by hints of unsmoked cigars, sautéed herbs, and dusty soil. The medium- to full-bodied palate delivers crisp, lifted acidity with a chewy texture and bags of stewed black fruit flavors, finishing earthy. – Lisa Perrotti-Brown
